ScholarshipExperts used to have one, but it doesn’t seem to be around anymore. ScholarshipZone has one and they say they pay per lead but if those leads don’t convert they’ll end your campaign.

I’m still looking for a similar program, but I think the new regulations have scared most of the legit operators out of this niche.

Kinda wondered what happened to them too, as they vanished from CJ. After performing a Google search, now it has surfaced that FastWeb vanished from everyone without notice. Talk about making spontaneous changes [on the fly].
